It's a extremely good survival seed, as it has 4 villages, with a whopping total of 7 Blacksmiths, a stronghold less than 1000 blocks away from spawn, and a Pillager Outpost greeting you as you enter the world, so I would recommend using peaceful, atleast until you can defend yourself.
