BaconCord (Server Moderation)

Bacon cord is designed to help you moderate your server and has some quick-commands that make things like getting a command block by saying in chat !i commandblock and there’s a lot more to bacon cord than that!

Can it still used while you didn't have operator? I mean, operator not the operator tag. So someone who is member but have the operator tag use it, can they?

Because i want to play as member so no one accuse me of cheating in my smp. But so many people always requesting me to time set day etc. That's why I need this
